Policy

*A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking, at least two weeks prior. The remaining balance is due 72 hours prior to the order date. Failure to make final payment will result in cancelation of order and loss of deposit. Cancellation of the order 72 hours in advance still will result in the full payment being due.

*A delivery fee of $25 for anything within a 10-mile radius. Anything outside will vary based on location.

*Bella's Cakes & Treats is not responsible for all orders once it leaves our possession. If delivery is provided, we are responsible up until we leave the order in client possession. 

*Any changes made to the order needs to be done at least a week in advance and depending on the changes could result in an increase in price.

*ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If for any reason you are not happy with your product, please immediately notify Bella's Cakes and Treats so we can work out an agreement to rectify the problem.

*Sending any form of payment to Bella's Cakes & Treats is your way of honoring and accepting our terms and conditions. It will be looked at as your signature.
